The 12-storey city hotel has 97 rooms. It is equipped with a reception (check-in from 14:00, check-out until 12:00), a lobby with bar, 2 lifts, an air conditioning, a safe (for free), a kiosk as well as a sky bar (open from 12:00 - 00:00). For the meals, there is a restaurant (air-conditioned) and a snack bar. You will be warmly welcomed in both the hotel’s bars. WiFi is available for free. For guests dependent on a wheelchair the hotel has a barrier-free access, a wheelchair accessible lift and a number of wheelchair accessible bathrooms. Room cleaning is free of charge. Laundry / ironing service is available for a fee.

The modern furnished rooms are equipped with twin bed, 4 extra beds, laminate, heating (centrally controlled), kettle (for free), minibar (for a fee), capsule coffee machine (for a fee), internet (for free), safe (for free) and sat/cable TV as well as centrally controlled air conditioning. Bathroom with shower (room size: 22 m²). Towels are changed 3 times a week.

In the municipality of Mogán, a tourist tax of ¤0.15 per person per day applies (this includes Arguineguín, Patalavaca, Puerto Rico, Mogán, Puerto de Mogán, Tauro, Taurito, Playa del Cura, Amadores). This tax is paid directly to the respective accommodation.
The surcharge is fully used to finance activities, services, and infrastructure in tourist areas, as well as to promote tourism in the municipality, in order to ensure the sustainability of the destination.

For scheduled arrivals in the destination area from 04:00 in the morning, the hotel room is only available on the day of arrival from the official check-in time of the respective hotel. The official check-out time of the hotel on the day of departure must also be observed. This includes return flights until 3.00 a.m. on the following day. Early check-in or late check-out can be booked via our service team, subject to availability and for an additional charge.
