All inclusive: breakfast, lunch and dinner. Water and small snacks at certain times. Soft drinks (10:00 - 23:30), coffee and tea (10:00 - 23:30), beer (10:00 - 23:30), wine (10:00 - 23:30) and national alcoholic drinks (10:00 - 23:30).

Sports and entertainment: Fitness (open from 08:00 - 17:00, where applicable, for a fee). Wellness: Sauna, whirlpool and hamam available (where applicable for a fee).

Additional fees may apply for certain facilities, amenities or activities. Some services depend on the local climatic conditions and the season.

In Catalonia, a tourism tax is levied for persons aged 16 and over. Payment is made directly on site in cash.

For scheduled arrivals in the destination area from 04:00 in the morning, the hotel room is only available on the day of arrival from the official check-in time of the respective hotel. The official check-out time of the hotel on the day of departure must also be observed. This includes return flights until 3.00 a.m. on the following day. Early check-in or late check-out can be booked via our service team, subject to availability and for an additional charge.
