The 3-storey resort consists of a main building and 13 adjoining buildings, and has 151 rooms in total. It is equipped with a reception (check-in from 16:00, check-out until 12:00), a lobby, a lift, an air conditioning, a safe (for free), a mini market, a parking area (for free), a security entry system as well as a money changing facility. For the meals, there is a restaurant (air-conditioned). You can relax in good company in the hotel bar. WiFi is available for free. For guests with physical disabilities the hotel has a wheelchair accessible lift. Room cleaning and concierge service are free of charge. Laundry / ironing service and medical service are available for a fee.

When booking a hotel in La Gomera, you must book the transfer so that the following services are included:
- Transfer from/to TFS airport (Tenerife South) - ferry - hotel
- Overnight stay (if required)
If no transfer is booked, no transfer and ferry costs are included.
The transfer from Tenerife Airport (TFS) to La Gomera takes place by ferry. Depending on the arrival time, an overnight stay in Tenerife may be necessary.

If you are scheduled to arrive at your destination from 04:00 in the morning, your hotel room will only be available from the official check-in time of the respective hotel on the day of arrival. The official check-out time of the hotel on the day of departure must also be observed. This includes return flights until 3:00 a.m. on the following day. Early check-in or late check-out can be booked via our service team, subject to availability and for an additional charge.?
