The complex is nature resort, declared Environmental Reserve and considered Natural and Cultural Patrimony of the Teneriffe?s south. It is located in the front line of the beach in the municipal term of San Miguel de Abona, 10 minutes from the Reina Sofia international airport. It is also near the tourist center of San Blas and of the fishing town of Los Abrigos.

The resort has 331 rooms in total. It is equipped with a 24h reception (check-in from 15:00, check-out until 12:00), a lobby with bar, a lift, an air conditioning, a safe (where applicable, for a fee), a mini market as well as a parking area (for free). For the meals, there are two restaurants and a snack bar. In a total 4 bars, you can relax in good company. WiFi is available for free. It is also possible to play a game of tennis (charges apply), table tennis, beach volleyball or golf (charges apply) and go mountain biking/cycling or join an aerobics class. Just 2 km from the hotel guests will find 2 golf courses and they can try rowing (for an additional fee) or work out in the gym.

The official check-out time of the hotel on the day of departure must also be observed. This includes return flights until 3:00 a.m. on the following day.
