The one-storey family hotel has 310 rooms in total, that were last renovated in 2023. It is equipped with a 24h reception (check-in from 15:00, check-out until 11:00), a lobby, a safe (for a fee), a mini market, various other shops, a theater as well as a security entry system. For the meals, there is a restaurant (air-conditioned) and a snack bar. You can relax in good company in the hotel bar. WiFi is available for free. Room cleaning is free of charge. Laundry service and medical service are available for a fee.

Entertainment for adults: activity programme with evening shows. In the outside area of the hotel there is a play area for children. Child supervision: activity programme for children from 3 - 17 years (5 times a week from 10:00 - 12:30 and 15:00 - 17:00).

For scheduled arrivals in the destination area from 04:00 in the morning, the hotel room is only available on the day of arrival from the official check-in time of the respective hotel. The official check-out time of the hotel on the day of departure must also be observed. This includes return flights until 3.00 a.m. on the following day. Early check-in or late check-out can be booked via our service team, subject to availability and for an additional charge.
