The 6-storey 2nd row beach hotel has 440 rooms, and spread over one main building and one adjoining building. It offers its guests a 24h reception (check-in from 15:00, check-out until 12:00), a lobby, 10 lifts, air conditioning, a shop, a parking area (for a fee) and the Sunset Champagne Lounge sky bar (17:00 - 22:00), open from January to December. For the meals, there are two restaurants (air-conditioned). In a total 5 bars, you can relax in good company. WiFi is available for free. For guests dependent on a wheelchair the hotel has a barrier-free access and a number of wheelchair accessible bathrooms. Room cleaning is free of charge. Laundry / ironing service and medical service are available for a fee.

When booking a hotel in La Gomera, you must book the transfer so that the following services are included:
- Transfer from/to TFS airport (Tenerife South) - ferry - hotel
- Overnight stay (if required)
If no transfer is booked, no transfer and ferry costs are included.
The transfer from Tenerife Airport (TFS) to La Gomera takes place by ferry. Depending on the arrival time, an overnight stay in Tenerife may be necessary.

If you are scheduled to arrive at your destination from 04:00 in the morning, your hotel room will only be available from the official check-in time of the respective hotel on the day of arrival. The official check-out time of the hotel on the day of departure must also be observed. This includes return flights until 3:00 a.m. on the following day. Early check-in or late check-out can be booked via our service team, subject to availability and for an additional charge.?
