The residence is located on the Costa Dorada in Coma-Ruga, a small seaside village well loved for its immense white sand beach flying the "blue flag" the international ecological award to promote protection of the marine environment.<br> <br> Located facing the beach, the residence consists of 10 small 3-storey buildings without lifts. All 71 apartments, fully renovated in 2016, have a fully-equipped kitchen, bathroom, living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a terrace and small garden for the ground-level apartments.<br> <br> The residence is surrounded by greenery and has an outdoor swimming pool.
