This up-market apartment hotel is located on the beach promenade at the crossover of Ca?n Pastilla to the Playa de Palma just a short distance from the splendid sandy beach. There is a fine selection of shops, restaurants and bars as well as a connection to the public transport network in the immediate proximity. The hotel is well situated for the airport and there is a golf course not far away.

The building was built in 1991 and is made up of a total of 186 apartments on 4 floors. The chic air-conditioned hotel facilities include a reception, a lobby, 4 lifts, a supermarket, a bar, a TV room, a game?s room, a children?s playground as well as a miniclub. Furthermore there is a bicycle storage facility, an air-conditioned restaurant with a separate non-smoking area as well as room and laundry service.

The commodious apartments are fitted with a bathroom, a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV (for an additional charge) and a safe. They are also air-conditioned and contain kitchen facilities and a balcony.

The breakfast type is Buffet. The hotel has one restaurant. A snack bar is also available throughout the day.

The complex has a furnished sitting and sun terrace, a pool with an integrated children?s paddling pool as well as a pool bar. The hotel?s indoor swimming pool is open until the end of May, however the solarium, are available all year.

Gym, bocce, table tennis and volleyball

Guests may use the pool table, the 2 tennis courts and the sauna for an additional fee.

The entertainment programme rounds off the hotel?s offerings superbly.

From the 9th night in the same accommodation, the amount is reduced by 50 percent. Children under 16 years are exempt from the tax. For scheduled arrivals in the destination area from 04:00 a.m., the hotel room is only available on the day of arrival from the official check-in time of the respective hotel. The official check-out time of the hotel on the day of departure must also be observed. This includes return flights until 3.00 a.m. on the following day. Early check-in or late check-out can be booked via our service team, subject to availability and for an additional charge.
