The distance between the Aparthotel Viva Sunrise and the beach is about 400 meters. The Port of Alcudia with its promenade and numerous shops, restaurants and bars is about 2 km away.

The apartment hotel has about 260 apartments and studios, which are spread over 5 floors. The front desk, a seating area, a salon, a bar, a satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, a Non smoking restaurant and a supermarket are located in the lobby. The outdoor area has a swimming pool, a children's pool, sun terrace with loungers and a pool bar. Towel service for the pool area on bail. The hotel offers free WiFi in the whole area.

The studios command a combined living/sleeping room with satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, telephone, safe, air conditioning (centrally controlled hot and cold), bath/shower/WC, kitchenette and balcony. The apartments have the same equipment with an additional bedroom. There are also apartments with 2 bedrooms, suitable for a maximum occupancy up to 6 persons. Baby cribs are available for a fee (to be paid directly in the hotel). The apartments premium (= Deluxe) are exquisitely furnished and comfortable apartments, with a certain level of functionality and comfort.

Breakfast and dinner in the main restaurant as a buffet. Drinks were served at the table (at lunch and dinner: red, rosé and white wines of the house, national beer, soft drinks and mineral water). There is a themed buffet 2 times weekly. Between 10:30-23.30 clock, national and international drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic), cocktails and ice cream. Lunch with an à la carte selection of snacks from 12:30-15:30 clock. Fruits and sandwiches from 10:30-23:30 clock, except for the main meal times. Coffee, tea and cakes at the hotel's poolside bar between 15:30 and 17:00.

For kids, the hotel offers a kids' club (4-7 years), a Maxi Club (8-11 years), a Teen-A-Club (12-17 years, in high season) and a playground.

The hotel has a gym.

Payment facilities include Diners Club, Visa Card, Euro/Master Card and American Express. Additional fees may apply for certain facilities, amenities or activities. City /Tourist tax is payable locally.

From the 9th night in the same accommodation, the amount is reduced by 50 percent. Children under 16 years are exempt from the tax. For scheduled arrivals in the destination area from 04:00 a.m., the hotel room is only available on the day of arrival from the official check-in time of the respective hotel. The official check-out time of the hotel on the day of departure must also be observed. This includes return flights until 3.00 a.m. on the following day. Early check-in or late check-out can be booked via our service team, subject to availability and for an additional charge.
