The 4-star beach hotel has 131 rooms in total. It is equipped with a 24h reception (check-in from 16:00, check-out until 12:00), a lobby, 3 lifts, a safe (for a fee), a coiffeur as well as a mini market. For the meals, there is a snack bar. WiFi is available for free. Additionally the hotel has a conference room. Laundry service is available for a fee.

Breakfast (from 08:00 - 10:00) from the buffet.

A golf course is located approx. 900 m from the hotel. Sauna, haman and massages available for a fee. Whirlpool available (where applicable for a fee). Entertainment for adults: Adult’s games room. For the entertainment of young guests there is a children?s play area. Child supervision: babysitting (for a fee).

25 December - Half board will be served in another restaurant in Praia da Rocha. Half board customers will be taken to the other restaurant and our F&B staff will be responsible for transportation.

A tourist tax applies in the municipality of Portimao as follows:
For guests aged 13 and over from November 1 to March 31 ¤1 per person/day up to a maximum of 7 nights and from April 1 to October 31. 2¤ per person/day up to a maximum of 7 nights.

For scheduled arrivals in the destination area from 04:00 a.m., the hotel room is only available on the day of arrival from the official check-in time of the respective hotel. The official check-out time of the hotel on the day of departure must also be observed. This includes return flights until 3.00 a.m. on the following day. Early check-in or late check-out can be booked via our service team, subject to availability and for an additional charge.
