Opened in 2003, this complex comprises a total of 75 rooms spread over 2 floors including 10 double rooms and 65 apartments. The apartment hotel is fully air-conditioned and facilities include a lobby with a 24-hour reception, a bar, an air-conditioned restaurant with highchairs for children. There is also a public Internet terminal available. Guests can also take advantage of the laundry service (charges apply). Guests arriving by car may make use of the car park and there is also a bicycle hire service available. The hotel also have a WiFi-Connection (in the rooms and apartements chargeable).

The basic apartments are modern and comfortable. They come with an en suite bathroom and a kitchenette. Further fittings include a hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, a radio, a fridge, a microwave, tea and coffee making facilities as well as a hire safe. The air conditioning is individually regulated. Each apartment also features either a balcony or terrace with breathtaking views of the beach of Porto de Mós.

A tourist tax applies in the municipality of Portimao as follows:
For guests aged 13 and over from November 1 to March 31 ¤1 per person/day up to a maximum of 7 nights and from April 1 to October 31. 2¤ per person/day up to a maximum of 7 nights.

For scheduled arrivals in the destination area from 04:00 a.m., the hotel room is only available on the day of arrival from the official check-in time of the respective hotel. The official check-out time of the hotel on the day of departure must also be observed. This includes return flights until 3.00 a.m. on the following day. Early check-in or late check-out can be booked via our service team, subject to availability and for an additional charge.
