Partially renovated in 2022, the 2-storey resort has 181 rooms in total. It offers its guests a 24h reception (check-in from 16:00, check-out until 10:00), a lobby bar, air conditioning, a safe (for free), coiffeur, a mini market, a security entry system and a money changing facility. For the meals, there are two restaurants. WiFi is available for free. For guests dependent on a wheelchair the accommodation provides a barrier-free access. Concierge service is free of charge. Laundry service is available for a fee.

Child supervision: activity programme for children from 0 - 12 years (daily from 09:00 - 18:00). Gaming Room (where applicable, for a fee).

A tourist tax applies in the municipality of Portimao as follows:
For guests aged 13 and over from November 1 to March 31 ¤1 per person/day up to a maximum of 7 nights and from April 1 to October 31. 2¤ per person/day up to a maximum of 7 nights.

For scheduled arrivals in the destination area from 04:00 a.m., the hotel room is only available on the day of arrival from the official check-in time of the respective hotel. The official check-out time of the hotel on the day of departure must also be observed. This includes return flights until 3.00 a.m. on the following day. Early check-in or late check-out can be booked via our service team, subject to availability and for an additional charge.
