Recently renovated in 2013, the 5-star hotel has 140 rooms in total. It is equipped with a 24h reception (check-in from 12:00, check-out until 12:00), a lobby, 2 lifts, an air conditioning, a safe (for free), a coiffeur, a parking area (for free) as well as a money changing facility. For the meals, there are 4 restaurants (air-conditioned) and a snack bar. WiFi is available for free. Concierge service is free of charge. Room service and laundry / ironing service are available for a fee.

Breakfast (from 06:30 - 10:00) from the buffet. Half board: breakfast and dinner.

Spa area, sauna and massages available for a fee. Haman available (where applicable for a fee).

Additional fees may apply for certain facilities, amenities or activities. Some services depend on the local climatic conditions and the season. Languages spoken: English, German, French, Spanish and Arabic.

A tourist tax applies and must be paid on site at the hotel per person per night.

For scheduled arrivals at the destination from 04:00 in the morning, the hotel room is only available on the day of arrival from the official check-in time of the respective hotel. The official check-out time of the hotel on the day of departure must also be observed. This includes return flights until 3.00 a.m. on the following day. Early check-in or late check-out can be booked via our service team, subject to availability and for an additional charge.
