The 4-storey beach hotel has 314 rooms, and spread over one main building and 3 adjoining buildings. It is equipped with a 24h reception (check-in from 12:00, check-out until 12:00), a lobby with bar, 3 lifts, an air conditioning, a coiffeur, a kiosk, various other shops, discotheque, a parking area (for free) as well as a money changing facility. For the meals, there are 4 restaurants. WiFi is available for free. Room cleaning and concierge service are free of charge. Medical service is available for a fee.

Breakfast (from 06:00 - 10:00) from the buffet. Half board: breakfast and dinner. All inclusive: Soft drinks (10:00 - 23:00), coffee and tea (10:00 - 23:00) and beer (10:00 - 23:00).

Sports and entertainment: Tennis (for a fee, approx. 500 m away), billiards (where applicable, for a fee), table tennis (where applicable, for a fee), fitness, volleyball and aerobics. Approx. 50 m away from the hotel watersports activities such as jet skiing are available (partly from local providers). A golf course is located approx. 9 km from the hotel. Spa area with sun terrace, steam bath, hamam and massages available (where applicable for a fee). Entertainment for adults: activity programme with evening shows and live music. In the outside area of the hotel there is a play area for children. Child supervision: activity programme for children (from 4 - 12 years), mini club for children (from 4 - 12 years) and nursery.

For scheduled arrivals at the destination from 04:00 in the morning, the hotel room is only available on the day of arrival from the official check-in time of the respective hotel. The official check-out time of the hotel on the day of departure must also be observed. This includes return flights until 3.00 a.m. on the following day. Early check-in or late check-out can be booked via our service team, subject to availability and for an additional charge.
