The 2-storey resort consists of a main building and 12 adjoining buildings, and has 424 rooms in total. It is equipped with a 24h reception (check-in from 15:00, check-out until 12:00), a lobby with bar, an air conditioning, a safe (for free), a kiosk, a mini market, various other shops, discotheque, casino, a theater, a parking area (for free) as well as a money changing facility. For the meals, there are 10 restaurants (air-conditioned) and a snack bar. In a total 7 bars, you can relax in good company. WiFi is available for free. For guests with physical disabilities the accommodation provides a barrier-free access, a wheelchair accessible lift and a number of wheelchair accessible bathrooms. Room cleaning and room service are free of charge. Laundry / ironing service and medical service are available for a fee.

In Mexico, a tourism tax is levied and is currently a one-time fee of 283 Mexican pesos or approximately 21 US dollars per person (changes by the authorities are possible at any time, please check before your arrival), regardless of the planned length of stay in the country.

For scheduled arrivals in the destination area from 04:00 in the morning, the hotel room is only available on the day of arrival from the official check-in time of the respective hotel. The official check-out time of the hotel on the day of departure must also be adhered to. This includes return flights until 3.00 a.m. on the following day. Early check-in or late check-out can be booked via our service team, subject to availability and for an additional charge.
