The 6-storey beach hotel has 358 rooms, and spread over one main building and 2 adjoining buildings. It is equipped with a 24h reception (check-in from 15:00, check-out until 11:00), a lobby with bar, a lift, a safe (for free), a coiffeur, a mini market, various other shops, a theater as well as a parking area (for free). For the meals, there are 4 restaurants (air-conditioned). You will be warmly welcomed in both the hotel’s bars. WiFi can be used by hotel guests for a fee. Concierge service is free of charge. Room cleaning, room service, laundry / ironing service and medical service are available for a fee.

Child supervision: mini club for children (from 4 - 12 years), babysitting (for a fee) and activity programme for children from 4 - 11 years.

In Mexico, a tourism tax is levied and is currently a one-time fee of 283 Mexican pesos or approximately 21 US dollars per person (changes by the authorities are possible at any time, please check before your arrival), regardless of the planned length of stay in the country.

Alternatively, the tax can also be paid in cash upon arrival at the airport. It is advisable to carry the exact amount in Mexican pesos or US dollars.

For scheduled arrivals in the destination area from 04:00 in the morning, the hotel room is only available on the day of arrival from the official check-in time of the respective hotel. The official check-out time of the hotel on the day of departure must also be adhered to. This includes return flights until 3.00 a.m. on the following day. Early check-in or late check-out can be booked via our service team, subject to availability and for an additional charge.
