The 8-storey beach hotel has 502 rooms, and spread over one main building and 2 adjoining buildings. It offers its guests a reception (check-in from 15:00, check-out until 12:00), a lobby with bar, 5 lifts, air conditioning, a safe (for free), coiffeur, a mini market, various other shops and a parking area (for a fee). For the meals, there are three restaurants (air-conditioned) and a snack bar. In a total 4 bars, you can relax in good company. WiFi can be used by hotel guests for a fee. Room cleaning and concierge service are free of charge. Room service, laundry / ironing service and medical service are available for a fee.

With double bed or king size bed, minibar (where applicable, for a fee), internet (for free) and safe (for free) as well as centrally controlled air conditioning. Bathroom with shower.

Breakfast from the buffet. All inclusive: breakfast, lunch and dinner. Soft drinks, beer, cocktails and national alcoholic drinks at certain times. Small snacks (11:00 - 17:00) and selected imported spirits (10:00 - 00:00, in special bars and restaurants)).

Sports and entertainment: Billiards (where applicable, for a fee), table tennis (where applicable, for a fee) and fitness. A golf course is located approx. 2 km from the hotel. Solarium and whirlpool free of charge. Spa area with sun terrace, sauna, steam bath and massages available for a fee. Entertainment for adults: activity programme with evening shows. Child supervision: mini club for children (from 4 - 12 years) and activity programme for children from 4 - 12 years.

Additional fees may apply for certain facilities, amenities or activities. Some services depend on the local climatic conditions and the season. Languages spoken: English and Spanish. Accepted methods of payment: Euro / MasterCard, American Express and Visa.

In Mexico, a tourism tax is levied and is currently a one-time fee of 283 Mexican pesos or approximately 21 US dollars per person (changes by the authorities are possible at any time, please check before your arrival), regardless of the planned length of stay in the country.

Alternatively, the tax can also be paid in cash upon arrival at the airport. It is advisable to carry the exact amount in Mexican pesos or US dollars.

For scheduled arrivals in the destination area from 04:00 in the morning, the hotel room is only available on the day of arrival from the official check-in time of the respective hotel. The official check-out time of the hotel on the day of departure must also be adhered to. This includes return flights until 3.00 a.m. on the following day. Early check-in or late check-out can be booked via our service team, subject to availability and for an additional charge.
