The 11-storey spa hotel consists of a main building and 7 adjoining buildings, and has 246 rooms in total. It offers its guests a reception (check-in from 16:00, check-out until 11:00), a lobby, 8 lifts, air conditioning, a safe (for free), a mini market, various other shops, a free parking area and a money changing facility. For the meals, there are 8 restaurants (air-conditioned) and a snack bar. In a total 4 bars, you can relax in good company. WiFi is available for free. Room cleaning and concierge service are free of charge. Room service, laundry service and medical service (from 08:00 - 20:00) are available for a fee. For the ironing service the hotel charges a fee (where applicable).

Late riser’s breakfast (11:00 - 12:00), one meal in the a la carte restaurant and free internet. Earlier check in and later check out possible (according to occupancy / availability).

Sports and entertainment: Tennis (for free), table tennis (for free) and fitness (where applicable, for a fee). A golf course is approx. 20 km from the hotel. Bicycle rental. Wellness (open from 07:00 - 20:00): Spa area and massages available for a fee. Child supervision: mini club for children (from 5 - 11 years) and babysitting (for a fee).

In Mexico, a tourism tax is levied and is currently a one-time fee of 283 Mexican pesos or approximately 21 US dollars per person (changes by the authorities are possible at any time, please check before your arrival), regardless of the planned length of stay in the country.

Alternatively, the tax can also be paid in cash upon arrival at the airport. It is advisable to carry the exact amount in Mexican pesos or US dollars.

For scheduled arrivals in the destination area from 04:00 in the morning, the hotel room is only available on the day of arrival from the official check-in time of the respective hotel. The official check-out time of the hotel on the day of departure must also be adhered to. This includes return flights until 3.00 a.m. on the following day. Early check-in or late check-out can be booked via our service team, subject to availability and for an additional charge.
