Seapoint Boutique Hotel

Completely renovated in 2023, the 2-storey boutique hotel has 22 rooms. It offers its guests a reception (check-in from 14:00, check-out until 11:30), a lobby bar, air conditioning, a safe (for free), a free parking area , a security entry system and a money changing facility. For the meals, there are three restaurants. You will be warmly welcomed in both the hotel’s bars. WiFi is available for free. Room cleaning is free of charge. Laundry service and medical service are available for a fee. For the room service and concierge service the hotel charges a fee (where applicable).

Royal Suite:
The cosy furnished rooms are equipped with queen size bed, laminate, kettle (for free), minibar (where applicable, for a fee), capsule coffee machine (for a fee), balcony or terrace, jacuzzi, shared pool, internet (for free), safe (for free) and flat screen sat TV as well as individually adjustable air conditioning (from January to December). Bathroom with shower (room size: 90 m²).
Deluxe Room (Beachfront):
The cosy furnished rooms are equipped with queen size bed, laminate, kettle (for free), minibar (where applicable, for a fee), capsule coffee machine (for a fee), balcony or terrace, shared pool, internet (for free), safe (for free) and flat screen sat TV as well as individually adjustable air conditioning (from January to December). Bathroom with shower (room size: 35 m²).

Ocean Suite:

Breakfast (from 07:00 - 10:00) from the buffet. Half board: breakfast and dinner.

Sports and entertainment: Tennis (where applicable, for a fee, approx. 4 km away) and yoga. A golf course is located approx. 3 km from the hotel. Bicycle rental. Wellness: Spa area with sun terrace, sauna and massages available for a fee. Entertainment for adults: live music.

Additional fees may apply for certain facilities, amenities or activities. Some services depend on the local climatic conditions and the season. The accommodation is open to guests aged 12 and over. Languages spoken: English and French. Accepted methods of payment: Visa and Euro / MasterCard.

TOURIST FEE
A tourist fee of EUR 3 per person per night will be charged for all arrivals from 01.10.2025. This amount is to be paid directly at the hotel and is non-refundable. Children under the age of 12 are exempt.

For scheduled arrivals in the destination area from 04:00 in the morning, the hotel room is only available on the day of arrival from the official check-in time of the respective hotel. The official check-out time of the hotel on the day of departure must also be observed. This includes return flights until 3.00 a.m. on the following day. Early check-in or late check-out can be booked via our service team, subject to availability and for an additional charge.
