The 3-storey spa hotel has 116 rooms, and spread over one main building and 9 adjoining buildings. It offers its guests a reception (check-in from 14:00, check-out until 12:00), a lobby, air conditioning, a safe (for free), a shop, a free parking area and a money changing facility. For the meals, there are three restaurants. You will be warmly welcomed in both the hotel’s bars. WiFi is available for free. For guests with physical disabilities the hotel has a barrier-free access and a number of wheelchair accessible bathrooms. Room cleaning and concierge service are free of charge. Laundry service and medical service are available for a fee.

Breakfast (from 07:00 - 10:30) from the buffet. Half board: breakfast and dinner. All inclusive: breakfast, lunch and dinner. Breakfast and dinner only in selected restaurants or bars. Children`s menus are also available. Water, soft drinks, coffee and tea, beer, wine, cocktails, national alcoholic drinks and selected imported spirits at certain times. Cakes and pastries (16:00 - 18:00), small snacks (12:00 - 18:00), late riser’s breakfast (10:30 - 11:30), Welcome Drink, one meal in the a la carte restaurant, free internet and free use of safe (with deposit). Earlier check in and later check out possible (according to occupancy / availability).

Additional fees may apply for certain facilities, amenities or activities. Some services depend on the local climatic conditions and the season. Languages spoken: English and French. The hotel is especially popular with honeymooners.

TOURIST FEE
A tourist fee of EUR 3 per person per night will be charged for all arrivals from 01.10.2025. This amount is to be paid directly at the hotel and is non-refundable. Children under the age of 12 are exempt.

For scheduled arrivals in the destination area from 04:00 in the morning, the hotel room is only available on the day of arrival from the official check-in time of the respective hotel. The official check-out time of the hotel on the day of departure must also be observed. This includes return flights until 3.00 a.m. on the following day. Early check-in or late check-out can be booked via our service team, subject to availability and for an additional charge.
