The Residence Mauritius

The 2-storey resort consists of a main building and an adjoining building, and has 163 rooms in total. It offers its guests a reception (check-in from 14:00, check-out until 12:00), a lobby, 2 lifts, air conditioning, a safe (for free), coiffeur, a shop, a free parking area , a security entry system and a money changing facility. For the meals, there are three restaurants. You will be warmly welcomed in both the hotel’s bars. WiFi is available for free. For guests dependent on a wheelchair the hotel has a barrier-free access and a wheelchair accessible lift. Room cleaning, ironing service and concierge service are free of charge. Room service and laundry service are available for a fee.

Wellness (open from 08:00 - 20:00): Sauna, steam bath and hamam free of charge. Spa area and massages available for a fee. Entertainment for adults: activity programme with evening shows and live music. For the entertainment of young guests there is a children?s play area. Child supervision: mini club for children (from 3 - 12 years), babysitting (for a fee) and activity programme for children.

TOURIST FEE
A tourist fee of EUR 3 per person per night will be charged for all arrivals from 01.10.2025. This amount is to be paid directly at the hotel and is non-refundable. Children under the age of 12 are exempt.

For scheduled arrivals in the destination area from 04:00 in the morning, the hotel room is only available on the day of arrival from the official check-in time of the respective hotel. The official check-out time of the hotel on the day of departure must also be observed. This includes return flights until 3.00 a.m. on the following day. Early check-in or late check-out can be booked via our service team, subject to availability and for an additional charge.
