Osborne Hotel

The recently renovated Osborne Hotel is located in the heart of Malta’s capital city, Valletta, a stone throw away from the major sites of the UNESCO heritage site and a stone throw away from the city’s Shopping centres, shops, cinemas, museums, palaces, the Upper and Lower Barrakka Gardens, Hastings Gardens, plus the Bus Terminus are all walking distance from the hotel.

The 7-storey city hotel has 63 rooms in total. It offers its guests a 24h reception (check-in from 14:00, check-out until 11:00), a lobby with bar, 2 lifts, air conditioning, a safe (where applicable, for a fee) and a money changing facility. For the meals, there is a restaurant (air-conditioned). You can relax in good company in the hotel bar. WiFi is available for free. For guests dependent on a wheelchair the accommodation provides a barrier-free access and a wheelchair accessible lift. Room cleaning and concierge service are free of charge. Room service and laundry service are available for a fee.

The Ministry of Tourism has decided to introduce an eco?tax for accommodation in hotels for all bookings with a travel period starting from 1 April 2016. The tax is not included in the travel price and must be paid directly at the hotel on site. A refund is not possible.
Until 30 June 2026, the tax for guests aged 18 and over amounts to ¤0.50 per person per night (maximum ¤5.00 per person per stay).
From 1 July 2026, a tax of ¤1.50 per person per night (maximum ¤22.50 per person per stay) will be charged for guests aged 18 and over.

For scheduled arrivals at the destination from 04:00 a.m., the hotel room is only available on the day of arrival from the official check-in time of the respective hotel. The official check-out time of the hotel on the day of departure must also be observed. This includes return flights until 3.00 a.m. on the following day. Early check-in or late check-out can be booked via our service team, subject to availability and for an additional charge.
