The 8-storey resort has 405 rooms. It offers its guests a 24h reception (check-in from 15:00, check-out until 12:00), a lobby with bar, 7 lifts, air conditioning, a safe (for free), coiffeur, a shop, casino (open from 00:01 - 23:59), a parking area (for a fee), a security entry system and a money changing facility. For the meals, there are three restaurants (air-conditioned). You will be warmly welcomed in both the hotel’s bars. WiFi is available for free. For guests dependent on a wheelchair the hotel has a barrier-free access, a wheelchair accessible lift and a number of wheelchair accessible bathrooms. Breakfast (from 07:00 - 10:30) from the buffet. Half board: breakfast as well as lunch or dinner (children`s menus also available). Full board: breakfast, lunch and dinner. Breakfast and lunch and dinner only in selected restaurants. Children`s menus also available.

Approx. 500 m away from the hotel watersports activities are on offer (partly from local providers). A golf course is approx. 10 km from the hotel. Wellness: Sauna, whirlpool and steam bath free of charge. Spa area and massages available for a fee. In the outside area of the hotel there is a play area for children. Child supervision: mini club for children (from 3 - 12 years), babysitting (for a fee) and activity programme for children from 3 - 12 years (from 09:00 - 13:00).

Additional fees may apply for certain facilities, amenities or activities. Some services depend on the local climatic conditions and the season. The Ministry of Tourism has decided to introduce an eco?tax for accommodation in hotels for all bookings with a travel period starting from 1 April 2016. The tax is not included in the travel price and must be paid directly at the hotel on site. A refund is not possible.
Until 30 June 2026, the tax for guests aged 18 and over amounts to ¤0.50 per person per night (maximum ¤5.00 per person per stay).
From 1 July 2026, a tax of ¤1.50 per person per night (maximum ¤22.50 per person per stay) will be charged for guests aged 18 and over.

For scheduled arrivals at the destination from 04:00 a.m., the hotel room is only available on the day of arrival from the official check-in time of the respective hotel. The official check-out time of the hotel on the day of departure must also be observed. This includes return flights until 3.00 a.m. on the following day. Early check-in or late check-out can be booked via our service team, subject to availability and for an additional charge.
