The Preluna Hotel

The hotel is located in a prime position on the elegant Sliema seafront promenade, just minutes from the main shopping and entertainment centres of Sliema and St. Julians. The island''s capital, Valletta, and the main sights and beaches of Malta are easily accessible from the hotel. There is plenty of nightlife to be found just a 20-minute walk away in St. Julians.

Partially renovated in 2025, the 15-storey city hotel has 291 rooms. It is equipped with a 24h reception (check-in from 14:00, check-out until 11:00), a lobby, 5 lifts, an air conditioning, a safe (for a fee), a coiffeur as well as a money changing facility. For the meals, there are two restaurants (air-conditioned). You can relax in good company in the hotel bar. WiFi is available for free. Laundry service is available for a fee.

The Ministry of Tourism has decided to introduce an eco?tax for accommodation in hotels for all bookings with a travel period starting from 1 April 2016. The tax is not included in the travel price and must be paid directly at the hotel on site. A refund is not possible.
Until 30 June 2026, the tax for guests aged 18 and over amounts to ¤0.50 per person per night (maximum ¤5.00 per person per stay).
From 1 July 2026, a tax of ¤1.50 per person per night (maximum ¤22.50 per person per stay) will be charged for guests aged 18 and over.

For scheduled arrivals at the destination from 04:00 a.m., the hotel room is only available on the day of arrival from the official check-in time of the respective hotel. The official check-out time of the hotel on the day of departure must also be observed. This includes return flights until 3.00 a.m. on the following day. Early check-in or late check-out can be booked via our service team, subject to availability and for an additional charge.
