Completely renovated in 2025, the 6-storey beach hotel has 602 rooms, and spread over one main building and 3 adjoining buildings. It offers its guests a 24h reception (check-in from 15:00, check-out until 11:00), a lobby, 12 lifts, air conditioning, a safe (for a fee), a mini market, various other shops, a free parking area and a security entry system. For the meals, there are 8 restaurants (air-conditioned) and a snack bar. In a total 5 bars, you can relax in good company. WiFi is available for free. For guests with physical disabilities the accommodation provides a barrier-free access, a wheelchair accessible lift and a number of wheelchair accessible bathrooms. Concierge service is free of charge. Room service and laundry / ironing service are available for a fee. For the room cleaning the hotel charges a fee (where applicable).

The Ministry of Tourism has decided to introduce an eco?tax for accommodation in hotels for all bookings with a travel period starting from 1 April 2016. The tax is not included in the travel price and must be paid directly at the hotel on site. A refund is not possible.
Until 30 June 2026, the tax for guests aged 18 and over amounts to ¤0.50 per person per night (maximum ¤5.00 per person per stay).
From 1 July 2026, a tax of ¤1.50 per person per night (maximum ¤22.50 per person per stay) will be charged for guests aged 18 and over.

For scheduled arrivals at the destination from 04:00 a.m., the hotel room is only available on the day of arrival from the official check-in time of the respective hotel. The official check-out time of the hotel on the day of departure must also be observed. This includes return flights until 3.00 a.m. on the following day. Early check-in or late check-out can be booked via our service team, subject to availability and for an additional charge.
