Partially renovated in 2025, the 4-storey resort has 56 rooms. It is equipped with a reception (check-in from 15:00, check-out until 11:00), a lobby, 2 lifts, a safe (for free), a parking area (for free) as well as a security entry system. You can relax in good company in the hotel bar. WiFi is available for free. For guests with physical disabilities the hotel has a barrier-free access and a wheelchair accessible lift. Concierge service is free of charge. Room service and laundry / ironing service are available for a fee.

SWIMMING POOL INFO: The Hotel hasa 125 m² indoor pool, surrounded by magnificent floor-to-ceiling windows and heated to 29°C. It features a counter-current swimming system, a grotto with a cervical waterfall, hydromassage jets, and a whirlpool reserved for guests aged 12 and over. The pool is open daily from 9:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.

Since July 2025, an adults-only outdoor pool (16+) with a spectacular lake view has also been available. Access hours are 2:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. in spring, 11:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. in summer, and 4:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. in winter.

In addition to enjoying the large indoor pool with their parents, children can have fun in a dedicated 16 m² pool designed especially for them, complete with a slide and water games.

Moreover, from 6:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., children can join the unmissable AperOliver, an aperitif and entertainment session with the activity staff (available Monday to Saturday, when the entertainment service is operating).

Approx. 200 m away from the hotel watersports activities are available (partly from local providers). A ski slope is located approx. 5000. Bicycle rental, bicycle storage room (for free) and guided bike tours (for a fee). Wellness (open from 15:00 - 19:30): Spa area with sun terrace, sauna, whirlpool, steam bath and hamam free of charge. Massages available for a fee. In the outside area of the hotel there is a play area for children. Child supervision: babysitting (for a fee) and activity programme for children.

For scheduled arrivals at the destination from 04:00 in the morning, the hotel room is only available on the day of arrival from the official check-in time of the respective hotel. The official check-out time of the hotel on the day of departure must also be observed. This includes return flights until 3.00 a.m. on the following day.
