It is equipped with a reception (check-in from 17:00, check-out until 10:00), a lobby as well as a parking area (for free). WiFi is available for free. Laundry service is available for a fee.

Additional services only for 1 bedroom apartment premium: 1 beach towel per person, for min 7 nights one tidying up of the apartment (excluding kitchenette);
Arrivals after 8:00 pm must be communicated to the property in advance; in case of failure to communicate, reception is not guaranteed and a supplement of euro 50.00 may be requested to be paid on the spot.
*Mantadory deposit: euro 200.00 (refundable after inspection of the apartment)
Final cleaning included; Kitchenette cleaning and waste disposal by the customer or on request it is possible to have the service with a supplement of euro 50.00 to be paid on the spot.

A tourist tax is payable locally:
approx. ¤4.50 per person per night

For scheduled arrivals at the destination from 04:00 in the morning, the hotel room is only available on the day of arrival from the official check-in time of the respective hotel. The official check-out time of the hotel on the day of departure must also be observed. This includes return flights until 3.00 a.m. on the following day. Early check-in or late check-out can be booked via our service team, subject to availability and for an additional charge.
