The drinks are served in glasses at the bars only. The Table service is not included. The card/bracelet is : personal for every single drink at it has to be showed to the staff ; is mandatory for all guest also if they are occupying the same room

Breakfast from the buffet. Half board: breakfast and dinner. All inclusive: breakfast, lunch and dinner. Breakfast and lunch and dinner only in selected restaurants or bars. Soft drinks, coffee and tea, small snacks, beer, wine and cocktails at certain times.

Sports and entertainment: Tennis (where applicable, for a fee), billiards (where applicable, for a fee), table tennis (where applicable, for a fee), fitness (where applicable, for a fee) and beach volleyball. Wellness: Massages available for a fee. Entertainment for adults: activity programme. For the entertainment of young guests there is a children?s play area. Child supervision: babysitting (for a fee) and activity programme for children (from June to August).

For scheduled arrivals at the destination from 04:00 in the morning, the hotel room is only available on the day of arrival from the official check-in time of the respective hotel. The official check-out time of the hotel on the day of departure must also be observed. This includes return flights until 3.00 a.m. on the following day. Early check-in or late check-out can be booked via our service team, subject to availability and for an additional charge.
