The 8-storey beach hotel consists of a main building and an adjoining building, and has 392 rooms in total. It is equipped with a reception (check-in from 15:00, check-out until 11:00), a lobby with bar, 7 lifts, an air conditioning, a coiffeur, a mini market, various other shops, a theater as well as a parking area (for free). For the meals, there are 4 restaurants (air-conditioned) and a snack bar. In a total 5 bars, you can relax in good company. WiFi is available for free. For guests dependent on a wheelchair the accommodation provides a barrier-free access. Room cleaning and concierge service are free of charge. Room service, laundry / ironing service and medical service are available for a fee.

Breakfast (from 07:30 - 10:30) from the buffet. Half board: breakfast as well as lunch or dinner. Full board: breakfast, lunch and dinner. Breakfast and lunch and dinner only in selected restaurants. Children`s menus also available.

Sports and entertainment: Tennis (for a fee), fitness (open from 08:00 - 20:00, where applicable, for a fee), football, basketball, volleyball, beach volleyball, aerobics and yoga. At the beach different watersport types such as water skiing are on offer (partly from local providers). Bicycle rental. Wellness: Sauna and steam bath free of charge. Spa area, hamam and massages available for a fee. Entertainment for adults: activity programme. In the outside area of the hotel there is a play area for children. Child supervision: babysitting (for a fee) and activity programme for children from 4 - 11 years (daily from 10:30 - 13:00 and 15:30 - 18:00).

For scheduled arrivals in the destination area from 04:00 in the morning, the hotel room is only available on the day of arrival from the official check-in time of the respective hotel. The official check-out time of the hotel on the day of departure must also be observed. This includes return flights until 3.00 a.m. on the following day. Early check-in or late check-out can be booked via our service team, subject to availability and for an additional charge.
