The 2-storey spa hotel has 372 rooms, and spread over one main building and a total 22 adjoining buildings. It is equipped with a reception (check-in from 14:00, check-out until 12:00), a lobby with bar, a lift, an air conditioning, a coiffeur, a mini market, various other shops as well as a parking area (for free). For the meals, there are 6 restaurants and a snack bar (open from 10:00 - 18:00). In a total 5 bars, you can relax in good company. WiFi is available for free. For guests with physical disabilities the hotel has a barrier-free access, a wheelchair accessible lift and a number of wheelchair accessible bathrooms. Room cleaning is free of charge. Room service and laundry / ironing service are available for a fee.

For scheduled arrivals in the destination area from 04:00 in the morning, the hotel room is only available on the day of arrival from the official check-in time of the respective hotel. The official check-out time of the hotel on the day of departure must also be observed. This includes return flights until 3.00 a.m. on the following day. Early check-in or late check-out can be booked via our service team, subject to availability and for an additional charge.
