Kafieris Apartments

Kafieris View is a traditional complex of rooms with Caldera view in Firostefani Santorini island. The unit is located at the highest spot of Fira in Santorini, and only 500 m from the center of the village.

Our rooms can accommodate from 2 to 5 people and feature TV, air conditioning devices, kettle, safe deposit box, daily room service, and some of of our room types have a private balcony with incredible Caldera views, in order to enjoy unforgettable sunsets. We also offer Jacuzzi.

Please note that a climate tax is charged in Greece. Payment is made directly on site in cash and is calculated per room.

4?star hotel: approx. ¤10.00 per room per night
3?star hotel: approx. ¤5.00 per room per night
1?2?star hotel: approx. ¤2.00 per room per night
November ? March:
A tourist tax is charged on site:

4?star hotel: approx. ¤3.00 per room per night
3?star hotel: approx. ¤1.50 per room per night
1?2?star hotel: approx. ¤0.50 per room per night

For scheduled arrivals in the destination area from 04:00 in the morning, the hotel room is only available on the day of arrival from the official check-in time of the respective hotel. The official check-out time of the hotel on the day of departure must also be observed. This includes return flights until 3.00 a.m. on the following day. Early check-in or late check-out can be booked via our service team, subject to availability and for an additional charge.
