It is equipped with a reception (check-in from 14:00, check-out until 12:00), a lobby with bar, 10 lifts, an air conditioning, a safe (where applicable, for a fee), a coiffeur, a mini market, various other shops, a theater, a parking area (for free), a security entry system, a money changing facility as well as the Stamina Select sky bar. For the meals, there are three restaurants (air-conditioned) and a snack bar (open from 12:00 - 17:00). In a total 5 bars, you can relax in good company. WiFi is available for free. For guests with physical disabilities the accommodation provides a barrier-free access, a wheelchair accessible lift and a number of wheelchair accessible bathrooms.
