It offers its guests a reception (check-in from 15:00, check-out until 12:00), a lobby with bar, air conditioning, a safe (for free), coiffeur, a mini market, various other shops, a free parking area and the Shams Bar sky bar (18:00 - 23:00). For the meals, there is a restaurant (air-conditioned) and a snack bar. In a total 4 bars, you can relax in good company. WiFi is available for free. For guests with physical disabilities the hotel has a barrier-free access and a wheelchair accessible lift. Room service, laundry service and medical service are available for a fee. For the room cleaning the hotel charges a fee (where applicable).
