Royal Lagoons Aqua Park Resort & Spa

Partially renovated in 2023, the 3-storey resort has 366 rooms. It is equipped with a 24h reception (check-in from 14:00, check-out until 12:00), a lobby with bar, a lift, an air conditioning, a safe (where applicable, for a fee), a coiffeur, a mini market, various other shops, a parking area (for free) as well as a money changing facility. For the meals, there are 4 restaurants (air-conditioned) and a snack bar. In a total 4 bars, you can relax in good company. WiFi can be used by hotel guests for a fee. For guests dependent on a wheelchair the hotel has a barrier-free access, a wheelchair accessible lift and a number of wheelchair accessible bathrooms. Room cleaning is free of charge. Laundry / ironing service and medical service are available for a fee.

Breakfast (from 07:00 - 10:00) from the buffet. Half board: breakfast and dinner. All inclusive: breakfast, lunch and dinner. Breakfast and lunch and dinner only in selected restaurants or bars. Soft drinks (00:00 - 00:00), small snacks (16:00 - 17:00), beer (10:00 - 23:00), wine (10:00 - 23:00), national alcoholic drinks (10:00 - 23:00), late riser’s breakfast (10:30 - 11:30) and one meal per stay in the a la carte restaurant. Earlier check in and later check out possible (according to occupancy / availability).

Sports and entertainment: Tennis (for a fee, approx. 50 m away), billiards (for a fee), darts (where applicable, for a fee), table tennis (for free), football, volleyball and beach volleyball. Approx. 400 m away from the hotel watersports activities such as water skiing and speedboat rides are on offer (partly from local providers). Wellness: Spa area, sauna, whirlpool, steam bath, hamam and massages available for a fee. Entertainment for adults: activity programme with evening shows. For the entertainment of young guests there is a children?s play area. Child supervision: mini club for children (from 4 - 12 years), babysitting (for a fee) and activity programme for children from 4 - 12 years (daily).

Additional fees may apply for certain facilities, amenities or activities. Some services depend on the local climatic conditions and the season. Languages spoken: English, German, Russian, Arabic and Polish. Accepted methods of payment: Euro / MasterCard, American Express and Visa.

For scheduled arrivals in the destination area from 04:00 in the morning, the hotel room is only available on the day of arrival from the official check-in time of the respective hotel. The official check-out time of the hotel on the day of departure must also be observed. This includes return flights until 3.00 a.m. on the following day. Early check-in or late check-out can be booked via our service team, subject to availability and for an additional charge.

From 10 February 2019 will be the annual maintenance of the Aqua Park lake and the children's swimming pool.
No unusual noise is expected during this time and the construction is not visible to our guests, the duration of the work is 60 days.
At the same time:

A- Guests can use Lagoon Lake 2, which has the following facilities:

- 05 Slides for children
- 05 Inflatable games for adults and children to replace the slides themselves

B- The animation activities are continued during the normal operation of the houses.

All work should be completed by the end of Thursday, 11 April 2019 ("60 working days") at the latest.
