Partially renovated in 2023, the 4-storey spa hotel has 412 rooms, and spread over one main building and 9 adjoining buildings. It offers its guests a 24h reception (check-in from 14:00, check-out until 12:00), a lobby with bar, a lift, air conditioning, a safe (for free), coiffeur, a mini market, various other shops, discotheque, a free parking area and a money changing facility. For the meals, there are three restaurants (air-conditioned) and a snack bar (open from 15:30 - 17:00). In a total 6 bars, you can relax in good company. WiFi can be used by hotel guests for a fee. For guests dependent on a wheelchair the hotel has a barrier-free access. Room cleaning is free of charge. Room service, laundry service and medical service are available for a fee.

Earlier check in and later check out possible (according to occupancy / availability).

Sports and entertainment: Billiards (for a fee), darts (where applicable, for a fee), table tennis (for free), beach volleyball, aerobics and yoga. Approx. 50 m away from the hotel watersports activities are available (partly from local providers). Wellness: Spa area, sauna, whirlpool, steam bath, hamam and massages available for a fee. Entertainment for adults: activity programme with evening shows. In the outside area of the hotel there is a play area for children. Child supervision: mini club for children (from 4 - 12 years) and activity programme for children from 4 - 12 years (daily from 10:00 - 13:00 and 15:00 - 17:00).

For scheduled arrivals in the destination area from 04:00 in the morning, the hotel room is only available on the day of arrival from the official check-in time of the respective hotel. The official check-out time of the hotel on the day of departure must also be observed. This includes return flights until 3.00 a.m. on the following day. Early check-in or late check-out can be booked via our service team, subject to availability and for an additional charge.
