Partially renovated in 2020, the 3-storey resort has 320 rooms, and spread over one main building and one adjoining building. It offers its guests a 24h reception (check-in from 14:00, check-out until 12:00), a lobby with bar, a lift, air conditioning, a safe (for free), a mini market, various other shops, a free parking area and a money changing facility. For the meals, there are three restaurants (air-conditioned) and a snack bar. In a total 5 bars, you can relax in good company. WiFi can be used by hotel guests for a fee. For guests with physical disabilities the accommodation provides a barrier-free access, a wheelchair accessible lift and a number of wheelchair accessible bathrooms. Room cleaning is free of charge. Room service, laundry / ironing service and medical service are available for a fee.

The official check-out time of the hotel on the day of departure must also be observed. This includes return flights until 3.00 a.m. on the following day.
