Recently renovated in 2021, the 3-storey spa hotel has 355 rooms, and spread over one main building and one adjoining building. It is equipped with a reception (check-in from 15:00, check-out until 12:00), a lobby with bar, a lift, an air conditioning, a safe (for free), a coiffeur, a kiosk, a mini market, various other shops, casino (open from 19:00 - 03:00), a theater, a parking area (for free), a security entry system as well as a money changing facility. For the meals, there are 7 restaurants (air-conditioned) and a snack bar. In a total 9 bars, you can relax in good company. For guests with physical disabilities the accommodation provides a barrier-free access and a number of wheelchair accessible bathrooms. Room cleaning and concierge service are free of charge. Laundry / ironing service and medical service are available for a fee. For the room service the hotel charges a fee (where applicable).
