Completely renovated in 2024, the 4-storey family hotel has 188 rooms. It is equipped with a 24h reception (check-in from 15:00, check-out until 12:00), a lobby with bar, 2 lifts, an air conditioning, a parking area (for free) as well as a money changing facility. For the meals, there are two restaurants (air-conditioned). You will be warmly welcomed in both the hotel’s bars. WiFi is available for free. For guests with physical disabilities the hotel has a barrier-free access, a wheelchair accessible lift and a number of wheelchair accessible bathrooms. Room service is free of charge. Laundry service is available for a fee. For the room cleaning the hotel charges a fee (where applicable).

Breakfast (from 07:00 - 10:00) from the buffet. All inclusive: One meal in the a la carte restaurant. All inclusive Plus: breakfast, lunch and dinner. Breakfast as well as lunch and dinner only in selected restaurants. Children`s menus are also available. Soft drinks (10:00 - 23:00), coffee/tea (07:00 - 23:00), small snacks (10:30 - 12:30), national alcoholic drinks (10:00 - 23:00) and cocktails (10:00 - 23:00). Beer, wine as well as selected imported spirits (only in special bars and restaurants) at certain times. Free Internet as well as free use of safe (with deposit). Earlier check in and later check out possible (according to occupancy / availability). One meal per week in the a la carte restaurant.

Sports and entertainment: Darts (for free), fitness (open from 09:00 - 18:00, for free) and aerobics. Wellness (open from 09:00 - 18:00): Spa area, sauna, steam bath and massages available for a fee. Entertainment for adults: activity programme with evening shows. Child supervision: activity programme for children.

For scheduled arrivals in the destination area from 04:00 in the morning, the hotel room is only available on the day of arrival from the official check-in time of the respective hotel. The official check-out time of the hotel on the day of departure must also be observed. This includes return flights until 3.00 a.m. on the following day. Early check-in or late check-out can be booked via our service team, subject to availability and for an additional charge.
