It offers its guests a 24h reception (check-in from 14:00, check-out until 12:00), a lobby with bar, 5 lifts, air conditioning, a safe (for free), coiffeur, kiosk, various other shops, a free parking area and a money changing facility. For the meals, there are 6 restaurants (air-conditioned). In a total 5 bars, you can relax in good company. WiFi is available for free. For guests dependent on a wheelchair the hotel has a barrier-free access, a wheelchair accessible lift and a number of wheelchair accessible bathrooms.
