The 6-storey family hotel consists of a main building and 4 adjoining buildings, and has 372 rooms in total. It offers its guests a reception (check-in from 14:00, check-out until 10:00), a lobby with bar, 4 lifts, air conditioning, a safe (for free), a shop, a free parking area , a security entry system and a money changing facility. For the meals, there are two restaurants (air-conditioned) and a snack bar. In a total 4 bars, you can relax in good company. WiFi is available for free. Room cleaning is free of charge. Room service and laundry service are available for a fee.

Sports and entertainment: Tennis (for a fee), badminton (where applicable, for a fee), mini golf, football, basketball, volleyball and aerobics. Approx. 50 m away from the hotel watersports activities are available (partly from local providers). Bicycle rental and guided bike tours (for a fee). Entertainment for adults: activity programme. In the outside area of the hotel there is a play area for children. Child supervision: mini club for children (from 3 - 12 years) and activity programme for children (3 times a week, from June to September).

For scheduled arrivals at the destination from 04:00 in the morning, the hotel room is only available on the day of arrival from the official check-in time of the respective hotel. The official check-out time of the hotel on the day of departure must also be observed. This includes return flights until 3.00 a.m. on the following day. Early check-in or late check-out can be booked via our service team, subject to availability and for an additional charge.
