The 7-storey resort has 324 rooms in total. It offers its guests a reception (check-in from 14:00, check-out until 10:00), a lobby with bar, a lift, air conditioning, a safe (for a fee), a mini market, various other shops and a parking area (for a fee). For the meals, there are two restaurants (air-conditioned). WiFi is available for free. Ironing service is available for a fee. For the room cleaning, room service and laundry service the hotel charges a fee (where applicable).

For scheduled arrivals in the destination area from 04:00 in the morning, the hotel room is only available on the day of arrival from the official check-in time of the respective hotel. The official check-out time of the hotel on the day of departure must also be observed. This includes return flights until 3.00 a.m. on the following day. Early check-in or late check-out can be booked via our service team, subject to availability and for an additional charge. The tourist tax ranges from 1.50 to 3.00 euros per person, depending on the hotel, and must be paid at the hotel reception. The transfer to the islands of Losinj, Hvar, Brac, Kolocep, Lopud, Sipan and Mljet is limited in case of late or early arrival/departure. For flights arriving after 7:00pm and departing before 09:40am, an overnight stay on the mainland is required. If transfers to and from the islands cannot be made due to early or late flights, guests will be accommodated for one night on the mainland.
