The Palace Hotel

The 5-storey spa hotel has 135 rooms in total. It is equipped with a reception (check-in from 15:00, check-out until 12:00), a lobby with bar, 2 lifts, an air conditioning, a safe (for a fee), a coiffeur, a shop as well as a parking area (for a fee). For the meals, there is a restaurant (air-conditioned). You will be warmly welcomed in both the hotel’s bars. WiFi is available for free. Room cleaning is free of charge. Room service and laundry / ironing service are available for a fee.

Breakfast (from 07:30 - 10:30) from the buffet. Half board Plus: breakfast and dinner and beverages during meals in selected bars or restaurants. All inclusive: breakfast, lunch and dinner. Soft drinks (10:00 - 00:00), coffee and tea (10:30 - 18:00), cakes and pastries (10:30 - 18:00), beer (10:00 - 00:00), wine (10:00 - 00:00), cocktails (10:00 - 00:00), national alcoholic drinks (10:00 - 00:00), selected imported spirits (10:00 - 00:00, limited and in special bars and restaurants) and free internet.

Sports and entertainment: Tennis (for a fee, approx. 300 m away), billiards (for free), table tennis (for free) and fitness (where applicable, for a fee). Approx. 100 m away from the hotel watersports activities are available (partly from local providers). A golf course is approx. 40 km from the hotel. Wellness: Spa area, sauna, whirlpool and steam bath free of charge. Solarium, hamam and massages available for a fee. In the outside area of the hotel there is a play area for children.

Additional fees may apply for certain facilities, amenities or activities. Some services depend on the local climatic conditions and the season. Languages spoken: English, German and Russian. Accepted methods of payment: Visa and Euro / MasterCard.

For scheduled arrivals in the destination area from 04:00 in the morning, the hotel room is only available on the day of arrival from the official check-in time of the respective hotel. The official check-out time of the hotel on the day of departure must also be observed. This includes return flights until 3.00 a.m. on the following day. Early check-in or late check-out can be booked via our service team, subject to availability and for an additional charge.
