The 8-storey resort consists of a main building and an adjoining building, and has 435 rooms in total. It is equipped with a 24h reception (check-in from 15:00, check-out until 11:00), a lobby with bar, 4 lifts, an air conditioning, a safe (for a fee), a coiffeur, a shop, a parking area (for a fee) as well as a money changing facility. For the meals, there are two restaurants (air-conditioned) and a snack bar. In a total 3 bars, you can relax in good company. WiFi is available for free. For guests dependent on a wheelchair the hotel has a barrier-free access and a wheelchair accessible lift. Room cleaning and concierge service are free of charge. Laundry service and medical service are available for a fee.

Entertainment for adults: activity programme with evening shows. In the outside area of the hotel there is a play area for children. Child supervision: activity programme for children from 4 - 12 years (from 10:00 - 12:30 and 15:00 - 17:00).

For scheduled arrivals in the destination area from 04:00 in the morning, the hotel room is only available on the day of arrival from the official check-in time of the respective hotel. The official check-out time of the hotel on the day of departure must also be observed. This includes return flights until 3.00 a.m. on the following day. Early check-in or late check-out can be booked via our service team, subject to availability and for an additional charge.
