It offers its guests a 24h reception (check-in from 14:00, check-out until 12:00), a lobby with bar, 5 lifts, air conditioning, a safe (for a fee), a mini market and a parking area (for a fee). For the meals, there are three restaurants (air-conditioned) and a snack bar. In a total 3 bars, you can relax in good company. WiFi is available for free. Laundry service and medical service are available for a fee.

Sports and entertainment: Darts (for free) and fitness (open from 09:00 - 19:00, where applicable, for a fee). Wellness: Sauna and whirlpool free of charge. Steam bath, hamam and massages available for a fee. Entertainment for adults: evening shows. Child supervision: activity programme for children from 4 - 12 years (from 10:00 - 12:00 and 16:00 - 18:00).

Additional fees may apply for certain facilities, amenities or activities. Some services depend on the local climatic conditions and the season. Languages spoken: English, German and Russian. Accepted methods of payment: Visa and Euro / MasterCard.

For scheduled arrivals in the destination area from 04:00 in the morning, the hotel room is only available on the day of arrival from the official check-in time of the respective hotel. The official check-out time of the hotel on the day of departure must also be observed. This includes return flights until 3.00 a.m. on the following day. Early check-in or late check-out can be booked via our service team, subject to availability and for an additional charge.
