Partially renovated in 2025, the 12-storey spa hotel has 409 rooms in total. It offers its guests a reception (check-in from 14:00, check-out until 11:00), a lobby with bar, 6 lifts, air conditioning, coiffeur, a mini market, discotheque (open from 22:30 - 23:59), a parking area (for a fee) and a money changing facility. For the meals, there are three restaurants (air-conditioned) and a snack bar. In a total 4 bars, you can relax in good company. WiFi is available for free. For guests with physical disabilities the hotel has a barrier-free access and a wheelchair accessible lift. Room cleaning and concierge service are free of charge. Laundry service and medical service are available for a fee.

For scheduled arrivals in the destination area from 04:00 in the morning, the hotel room is only available on the day of arrival from the official check-in time of the respective hotel. The official check-out time of the hotel on the day of departure must also be observed. This includes return flights until 3.00 a.m. on the following day. Early check-in or late check-out can be booked via our service team, subject to availability and for an additional charge.
