The 6-storey hotel has 316 rooms, and spread over one main building and a total 22 adjoining buildings. It offers its guests a reception (check-in from 15:00, check-out until 12:00), a lift, a safe (for a fee), coiffeur, a mini market, various other shops, a parking area (for a fee) and a money changing facility. For the meals, there are three restaurants (air-conditioned). You can relax in good company in the hotel bar. WiFi is available for free. For guests with physical disabilities the accommodation provides a barrier-free access and a wheelchair accessible lift. Laundry service is available for a fee.

For scheduled arrivals in the destination area from 04:00 in the morning, the hotel room is only available on the day of arrival from the official check-in time of the respective hotel. The official check-out time of the hotel on the day of departure must also be observed. This includes return flights until 3.00 a.m. on the following day. Early check-in or late check-out can be booked via our service team, subject to availability and for an additional charge.
