Completely renovated in 2022, the 8-storey resort has 141 rooms in total. It is equipped with a 24h reception (check-in from 14:00, check-out until 12:00), a lobby with bar, 3 lifts, an air conditioning, a safe (for free), a mini market, a sky bar (open from 20:00 - 23:00), a parking area (for a fee), a security entry system as well as a money changing facility. For the meals, there are two restaurants (air-conditioned). You will be warmly welcomed in both the hotel’s bars. WiFi is available for free. For guests dependent on a wheelchair the hotel has a barrier-free access, a wheelchair accessible lift and a number of wheelchair accessible bathrooms. Room cleaning and concierge service are free of charge. Room service, laundry / ironing service and medical service (from 00:00 - 00:00) are available for a fee.

Children`s menus are also available. Soft drinks (00:00 - 00:00), coffee/tea (00:00 - 00:00), small snacks (15:00 - 17:30), national alcoholic drinks (00:00 - 00:00) and midnight snacks (23:30 - 00:30). Late riser’s breakfast, water, beer, wine, selected imported spirits (only in special bars and restaurants) as well as cocktails at certain times. Welcome drink, possible room upgrade according to availability, free Internet, free use of safe (with deposit), certain sports activities included, free minibar (limited), VIP lounge access as well as 24h service. Earlier check in and later check out possible (according to occupancy / availability). One meal per stay in the a la carte restaurant.

Entertainment for adults: activity programme with evening shows and live music. In the outside area of the hotel there is a play area for children. Child supervision: activity programme for children from 3 - 11 years (from 10:00 - 12:00 and 15:30 - 17:30).

For scheduled arrivals in the destination area from 04:00 in the morning, the hotel room is only available on the day of arrival from the official check-in time of the respective hotel. The official check-out time of the hotel on the day of departure must also be observed. This includes return flights until 3.00 a.m. on the following day. Early check-in or late check-out can be booked via our service team, subject to availability and for an additional charge.
