Enchanting location overlooking the fine sands of Jumeirah Beach! The city of Dubai is quick and easy to reach.

The luxurious Habtoor Grand Resort & Spa occupies an enchanting beachside location on the famous Jumeirah Beach, in the vicinity of Dubai Marina. The hotel is surrounded by beautiful tropical gardens. Depending on traffic, the drive into the city of Dubai takes about 20 minutes. The hotel has a free daily bus service to the nearby shopping mall. The Jumeirah Beach Residence, a new state project, is being developed in the vicinity of the hotel and may cause some disruption.

The resort has two parts – the two-storey building in the garden, as well as two modern towers. The hotel's facilities include 13 themed restaurants to satisfy every possible taste. A pool can be found in the tropical gardens, plus a large private beach, two squash courts and two flood-lit tennis courts. The Elixir Spa and Health Club offers ultimate relaxation in an exclusive setting. Guests can immerse themselves in a programme that combines therapies and treatments from around the world. A second pool can be found on the terrace of the third floor, with beautiful views of the ocean. Children are pampered here too! The attractive gardens house the Junior Jungle Club with children's pool and water slide. Children's activities and entertainment are also offered. Occasional live entertainment, a variety of bars, hair salon, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi complete the range of facilities available at the resort. The chinese and indian restaurant will be closed from 01.06.2014 onwards.

Double rooms: 446 beautifully furnished rooms have ensuite bathroom, telephone, flat-screen TV + DVD, high-speed internet, air conditioning, minibar and hairdryer, and look onto the tropical gardens of the resort. Deluxe rooms, with elegant and luxurious decor, offer the same comforts as the double rooms and are located in the towers. They are also more spacious. Accommodation can therefore be booked in the Tower Room or Resort Garden category.

Generous buffet breakfast. Half-board includes evening dinner buffet in the Al Dhiyafa restaurant.

Note:
During the fasting month of Ramadan in 2019, restrictions may occur in hotel operations, e.g. serving of alcohol . In addition, during the day meals are served only indoor (not on the terrace). The entertainment program in the hotel is eliminated or is limited. Ramadan is expected to take place from 05.05.2019 to 04.06.2019 in 2019.

**ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ON TRANSFERS FROM ABU DHABI TO DUBAI:
For packages to Dubai, flights land at Abu Dhabi. We therefore recommend advance booking of a shuttle to your Dubai hotel. Simply click on bus transfer when completing your booking.
At the smaller airport in Abu Dhabi, entry and visa checks, as well as luggage handling, are much quicker and smoother than at Dubai International Airport. Ultimately no time will be lost, despite the connecting transfer to Dubai. Instead, travellers can gain their first overall impressions of the country on the journey from Abu Dhabi to Dubai.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
Based on a short passed arrangement by the Senate a city tax was introduced in the Emirat Dubai for bookings with travel period from 31/03/2014. This tax is in your known prices not included and must be paid by the guests on the spot in the hotel. A refund is not possible.

For scheduled arrivals in the destination area from 04:00 in the morning, the hotel room is only available on the day of arrival from the official check-in time of the respective hotel. The official check-out time of the hotel on the day of departure must also be observed. This includes return flights until 3.00 a.m. on the following day. Early check-in or late check-out can be booked via our service team, subject to availability and for an additional charge.
