Luxury hotel with relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, perfectly located by the Marina.

The hotel is situated in a lovingly maintained area of slightly elevated grounds, with beautiful views of the Gulf. Roughly 150 metres away, past an idyllic yacht harbour, is the hotel's own sandy beach. The hotel itself offers breathtaking views across the skyline and marina of Abu Dhabi. The capital of the Emirate with the same name is situated on a flat, sandy island connected to the mainland by two stunning bridges. The city of Abu Dhabi, with a wealth of shopping opportunities, is a few minutes' drive away. An artificial island is being developed at a distance of roughly 500 metres, though no disruptions are to be anticipated.

The comfortable, tastefully appointed deluxe guest rooms offer plenty of space (approx. 40 sqm). Different fabrics and colours combine to create the perfect, cosy setting. Rooms are ensuite with bath and shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, satellite (flat-screen) TV, telephone, internet connection, as well as kettle for making tea or coffee. They also offer stunning panoramic views of the city's skyline. Sea view rooms are also available.

All Meals will be served based on buffett in the restaurant which is called ?selections`.
You will get various non-alcoholic baverages during the meals, coffee, tea, as well as selected wines.
All-inclusive meals start with the lunch after you checked in and they end with the breakfast prior you check out.
Please notice that it's not possible to get all-inclusive or half board on the 31.12.2014 (New Year's Eve Dinner).

Note:
During the fasting month of Ramadan in 2020, restrictions may occur in hotel operations, e.g. serving of alcohol . In addition, during the day meals are served only indoor (not on the terrace). The entertainment program in the hotel is eliminated or is limited. Ramadan is expected to take place from 23.04.2020 to 23.05.2020 in 2020.

Hotels in the United Arab Emirates only accept bookings from guests who are over 21 years old and have their own credit card. In most hotels and restaurants and in public buildings smoking is completely prohibited.

The following fees apply per room per night and must be paid on site, valid for Emirate Dubai and Ras al Kheimah. 5 star hotel 20 AED (approx. 5 Euro); 4 star hotel 15 AED (approx. 3.50 Euro); 3 star hotel 10 AED (approx. 2.30 Euro) During the fasting month of Ramadan, there may be restrictions in hotel operations, e.g. in the serving of alcohol. In addition, meals are only served indoors during the day (not on the terrace). The entertainment programme in the hotel is cancelled or restricted. For scheduled arrivals in the destination area from 04:00 in the morning, the hotel room is only available on the day of arrival from the official check-in time of the respective hotel. The official check-out time of the hotel on the day of departure must also be observed. This includes return flights until 3.00 a.m. on the following day. Early check-in or late check-out can be booked via our service team, subject to availability and for an additional charge.
