This modern aparthotel, built in a traditional rural Mallorcan style, sits atop a hill and thus affords wonderful views out over the bay. This aparthotel has since been completely renovated and offers guests a total of 93 apartments and 44 studios spread over 2 to 3 floors in apartment blocks on several levels. The complex also features 1 km² garden, a modern foyer with 24-hour reception desk, safe, bar, air-conditioned non-smoking restaurant with highchairs for infants, conference room, free WIFI, in-house medical assistance service, bicycle cellar, garage and playground.

The comfortably furnished apartments come with combined living/ bedroom, a separate bedroom, an en suite bathroom as well as a dining area. Moreover, all of the rooms are tiled and equipped with a direct dial telephone, satellite TV, kitchenette, fridge and terrace. The studios are similarly equipped but do not have a separate bedroom. All rooms feature central heating as standard.

Also available are tennis courts, table tennis, darts, squash, aerobics classes, a gym, archery, air rifle shooting, basketball, billiards/ snooker, bocce and miniature golf. A tourist tax is levied on the islands of Mallorca, Menorca, Ibiza and Formentera. The amount of the tax depends on the type and category of accommodation booked and the length of stay. In the high season (May - October) the costs amount to 1-4 EUR in the low season (November to April) to 0.25-1 EUR, in each case per day/person plus 10% VAT. From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the amount is reduced by 50%. Children under the age of 16 are exempt from the tax.
